VSAT Latin America is a focused one day-event, bringing together regional and international experts in satellite communications. Co-located with Day One of the 5G & LTE Latin America, VSAT LatAm will explore the opportunities for satellite in 5G, including mobile backhaul potential in future networks, mobility for vertical markets, spectrum allocations and much more. The VSAT programme will specifically address issues such as redefining the value chain, antenna specifications, satellite constellations business models, HTS opportunities, opportunities for the satellite industry in cyber security and IoT, with the goal of securing an important role for satellites in 5G networks.
